Apayao State College (ASC) formalized a partnership with Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi (UNISMA) through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on February 16 at EKB Auditorium, ASC Luna Campus.
The agreement was signed by ASC President John N. Cabansag; Dr. Ronald O. Ocampo, VP for Academics, Research and Development and Extension Services (VPARDES); and Prof. Dila Novita, UNISMA Head of the Public Administration Study Program. See more…
